Seeking optimization, continuous improvement, and product expansion, Imobras, in partnership with the Senior Expert Service (SES) of the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry, brought Professor Dr. Jürgen Rackles to its manufacturing facility. The professional, originally from Munich, Germany, spent a month working with the company's daily operations. During this period, he worked with Imobras' team of engineers to develop skills in the fields of power electronics and electric drives, as well as motor development and design using finite element simulation (FEA).

Jürgen Rackles, an engineer, has extensive professional experience in drive systems, electromobility, generator testing, power generation, magnetic simulation, and power electronics in industry, as well as in research and teaching.
